ipservicetv provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscriptions, allowing users to access live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD), and other related content. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove channels and VODs without prior notice to ensure the best possible streaming experience for our users.

3. User Obligations & Account Sharing

  • Single Device Policy: Unless you have purchased a multi-device plan, your subscription is strictly for use on one device at a time.
  • No Restreaming: You may not restream, distribute, broadcast, or share any content provided by ipservicetv.
  • Account Suspension: Sharing your login credentials with others or using them on multiple devices simultaneously (beyond your plan's limit) will result in an automated ban and immediate suspension of your account without a refund.

4. Subscription and Billing

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are billed on a pre-paid basis (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). It is your responsibility to renew your subscription on time to avoid service interruption. Prices are subject to change, but active subscriptions will not be affected until the next billing cycle.

5. Network and Internet Requirements

To enjoy a seamless, buffer-free 4K streaming experience, a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps is highly recommended. We are not responsible for buffering issues caused by your internet service provider (ISP), slow internet speeds, or local network setup.

6. Limitation of Liability

ipservicetv strives to provide 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We shall not be liable for any temporary downtimes caused by server maintenance, updates, software limitations, or ISP blocking.

7. Copyright and DMCA

ipservicetv respects intellectual property rights. We do not host, upload, or own any of the media content delivered through our servers. We simply provide access to publicly available streams and links. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us immediately, and we will take appropriate action.
